This past Wednesday, we held our signature self-love workshop at Cal State Fullerton. This workshop really represents all of us participating to lead with our hearts and show up as we are and fill ourselves with love. Together, we created these self-love pillows with love, care, and uniqueness.

Participants had the option to give the pillows away or make one for themselves. For this event, we were able to donate pillows to individuals on the spectrum to make them feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Everyone deserves to feel valued, included, and surrounded by love.

We were also excited to have a special guest, Andrea from Love On Spectrum Season 4, who joined us alongside her friends and family! Students and interns came to support one another and bring the event to life, creating a welcoming and uplifting experience.

This workshop is perfect to really give everyone just some time to slow down and be present and express themselves in a meaningful way. We must take time to really sit back and find ways to express our creativity because a lot of times we get so caught up and distracted by technology. So being able to host and create these events for our community is so important to us because they really do allow us all to show up for ourselves and realize the importance of caring for our mental well-being and surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals. Stay tuned for our upcoming beach community day!
